How do you validate your beliefs?

Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it. Buddha 563 – 483 B.C. Change your perspective, change your life

When you lose, don’t lose the lesson. 14th Dalai Lama 1935 – A while back, I received an interesting email that showed a picture of a frog. Anyone that looked at it could plainly see the picture was of a frog. But then a funny thing happened: the picture rotated 90 degrees and suddenly, the frog was a horse.
